Reduce it by: There is good evidence that calcium supplements (take 1200mg daily — preferably last thing at night) reduce PMS.

As you can see from the highlighted sections below, i am HEAVILY influences by Pre-menstrual Syndrome and the main thing about PMS is that it settles completely once the period is over. So for two weeks of every month [half my life for many years to come] I will be irrational!

 

EMOTIONAL symptoms of PMS include:
